School Profile

The School Profile section allows you to manage your school's basic details, contact information, branding, and official records. Keeping this information up to date ensures accurate documents, receipts, and communications.

From the left menu, navigate to Academic Management → School Profile

How to Update Profile

Profile Fields

The profile is divided into four sections. Fill in the relevant fields for each category:

Basic Info

School Name *

The official registered name of your institution.

User Name *

Unique username for your school account login.

Registration Number

Official government or board registration number.

Email

Primary email address linked to the school account.
Contact Info

Contact Number *

Primary contact number for the school.

Alternate Number

Secondary number for additional reachability.
Other Details

Affiliation *

Board or university affiliation of the school.

PAN Number

School's Permanent Account Number for financial records.

Full Address

Complete address shown on official fee receipts and documents.

About School

A short description of the school displayed in communications.
Uploads

School Logo

Appears on all official documents, receipts, and communications.

User Profile Image

Profile photo of the admin or principal.

Principal Signature

Digital signature printed on official school documents.

Important Notes

Please keep in mind:

Email of the school profile cannot be changed once set.

Uploaded logo and signature will appear on all official documents and fee receipts.

Additional Features

Share Option

You can easily share the school admission form with prospective students and parents directly from this section.

Invoice History

This section shows the subscription package history, including all purchased plans and their validity periods.

Admission QR Code

A unique QR code is generated for each school automatically.

Scanning the QR code opens the admission form directly in a browser.

Users can apply without visiting the school physically.

The QR code can be downloaded and shared anywhere — posters, social media, notice boards — allowing applicants to fill the form instead of standing in queues.
