Individual School / College Registration

Follow the steps below to complete your registration.

Register your School / College with ERP SchoolAura

Organization Type

Choose from School, College, Institute, or Academy.

Required Details

Enter Email, Contact Number, Password, Gender, and CAPTCHA.

Terms & Conditions

Read and accept the Terms and Conditions then click Register Now.

Email Verification

Enter the OTP sent to your email and click Verify Account to activate your registration.

Where to Find the OTP?
Check your registered email inbox for the OTP message.
Check the Spam or Junk folder if not in inbox.
For Gmail, check the Promotions or All Mail tabs.
Didn't receive it? Click Reset OTP to resend. If the issue persists, contact our Support Team.

Registration for Multiple Schools / College Branches

If your school / college has multiple branches, click the Multiple Branches button during registration.

Fill Basic Credentials

Enter Organization Name, Your Name, Email, Contact Number, Password, Gender, and CAPTCHA.

Accept Terms and Conditions

Read and accept the Terms and Conditions, then click Register Now.

Email Verification

Enter the OTP sent to your email and click Verify Account.

Where to Find the OTP?
Check your registered email inbox for the OTP message.
Check the Spam or Junk folder if not in inbox.
For Gmail, check the Promotions or All Mail tabs.
Didn't receive it? Click Reset OTP to resend. If the issue persists, contact our Support Team.

Login

Login for Individual School / College & Branch

If you want to access a specific school, college, or branch:

Go to the Login page and select the School / Staff Login tab.

Enter the Email ID and Password created for that specific school, college, or branch during registration.

Click Login.
After login, the system will open the dashboard for that particular school, college, or branch only.

Staff Login

Staff members can access their school, college or branch account using credentials provided by the administration:

Go to the Staff Login page on the ERP portal.

Enter the Email ID and Password provided by your school or college.

Click Login to access the staff dashboard.

Login as Head Branch for Multiple Schools / Colleges

If you are the Head Branch / Main Administrator with access to all branches:

Go to the Head Branch Login page.

Enter the Email ID and Password used during the main registration.

Click Login to access the Head Branch Dashboard.
You will be redirected to the Head Branch Dashboard where you can manage your entire School ERP system.

Create Multiple Branches as Admin

After logging in as Head Branch admin, follow these steps to create new branches:

Go to Create New Branch from the dashboard.

Choose Organization Type:
SchoolCollegeInstituteAcademy

Enter Email, Contact Number, Password, Gender, and CAPTCHA.

Accept the Terms and Conditions and click Submit.

Your branch will be created successfully. Repeat the same process to create multiple branches for your organization.

Forgot Password

If you forgot your password, follow these steps to reset it:

Navigate to the Forgot Password page on the login screen.

Click Send OTP to receive a verification code on your registered email.

Enter the OTP to verify your identity.

Create a new strong password.
5
Use your new password to log in.
