Class Schedule Management
Welcome to the Class Schedule Management section of your school ERP system. This guide will help you efficiently navigate, view, and manage class schedules — ensuring smooth academic operations across all classes and sections.

Academic Year Selection
Use the dropdown at the top-left corner to select the academic year (e.g., 2026-2027). This filters and displays schedules specific to the chosen year, ensuring you always work with the correct session data.
Filtering Options
Is Active
Filter schedules based on active or inactive status to show only relevant entries.
Select Day
Filter by specific weekdays to view classes scheduled on those days only.
Select Class
Choose a particular class to view only its associated schedule entries.
Select Section
Narrow down by section (e.g., A, B, C) for more precise schedule filtering within a class.
Search Bar
Quickly search for teachers, classes, or subjects to instantly locate specific schedule entries.
Class Schedule Cards
Each schedule entry is displayed as an individual card containing all relevant details at a glance. Here is what each card shows:
Teacher Name & Subject
Identifies the teacher assigned and the subject being taught in that period.
Period Name
Shows which period the schedule belongs to (e.g., 1st Period, 2nd Period).
Class & Section
Indicates the class and section (e.g., Play A, 12th Science A) for that entry.
Days & Timings
Displays the scheduled days along with the start and end time of the class period.
Edit Button
Click to open and modify the schedule details for that specific entry.
Delete Icon
Click to permanently remove the schedule entry. Use with caution — deletion cannot be undone.
Caution: Deleting a schedule card is permanent and irreversible. Always verify before clicking the Delete icon to avoid disrupting the academic timetable.
How to Add a New Class Schedule
Follow these simple steps to create a new timetable entry. Ensure all required fields are filled correctly before saving to avoid scheduling conflicts.
Step 1 — Open Add Schedule Form
Click on the "Add Class Schedule" button located at the top of the Class Schedule page. This will open the schedule creation form with all required fields.
Step 2 — Fill Required Details
The form contains the following fields. Fill each one carefully before proceeding to save.
Class
Select the class for which this schedule entry is being created.
Section
Choose the appropriate section (e.g., A, B, C) within the selected class.
Select Period
Pick the period slot for this entry (e.g., 1st Period, 2nd Period).
Subject
Select the subject that will be taught during this scheduled period.
Teacher
Assign a teacher who will conduct this class during the scheduled period.
Start Time
Set the exact time the class period begins for this schedule entry.
End Time
Set the exact time the class period ends for this schedule entry.
Select Timetable Days
Choose one or multiple days (Mon–Sat) on which this schedule repeats.
Select All Days
Use this quick-select option to apply this schedule to all weekdays at once.
Step 3 — Save the Schedule
Notifications & Updates
Stay Updated
Keep an eye on the notification bell in the ERP dashboard for any updates, alerts, or changes related to class schedules — ensuring you never miss important timetable modifications.
Monitor the notification bell for schedule alerts and updates.
Act promptly on any schedule changes to keep classes running smoothly.
Navigate to Academic Management → Class Schedule.
