What are Daycare Addons in ERP SchoolAura?

Daycare Addons are optional extra-curricular activities such as dancing, singing, or sports that can be assigned to individual students on top of their daycare package. Each addon has its own separate monthly fee.

What fields are required to create a new daycare addon?

Only two fields are required: Addons Name (the name of the extra activity or service, for example Dancing or Singing) and Amount (the monthly fee for the addon). Both are mandatory and the form will not submit without them.

How do I create a new daycare addon?

Click the '+ Create Daycare' button at the top-right of the Addons page. The Create Daycare Plan dialog will open. Enter the Addons Name and Amount, then click Submit to save.

How do I edit or delete a daycare addon?

Click the three-dot menu (⋮) on the addon card. Select Edit to update the addon name or amount, or select Delete to permanently remove it. Note that deleting an addon will remove it from existing student fee records.

How are addons assigned to students?

Addons must be manually assigned to individual students via the Daycare Students section. They are not automatically applied when an addon is created.

What happens to student fee records if a daycare addon is deleted?

Deleting an addon will remove it from existing fee records for all students it was assigned to. Reassign or reconcile fee records before deleting an addon that is actively in use.

The Day Care Addons page displays all created addons as cards. Each card shows:

Addons name.

Fee

Total fee amount.

Tip — Use the search bar to quickly find addons by name.

Create a New Daycare Addon

Click + Create Daycare at the top-right. The Create Daycare Plan dialog will open

Addons Name *

Name of the extra activity or service (e.g. Dancing, Singing, Role Test).

Amount *

Monthly fee for this addon (e.g. ₹ 500).

Note — Fields marked * are mandatory. The Total Fees summary at the bottom updates automatically. Click Submit to save.

Edit or Delete a Addon

Click the three-dot menu (⋮) on any package card to see

Edit – Click Edit on the addon card to update name or amount.

Delete – Click Delete to permanently remove the addon.
