Use the available filters on the All Donations screen: select a Start and End Date for date range, filter by Status (Active, Inactive, or All), filter by Donor Type (Individual or Organisation), and further narrow by Category and Frequency. Use the Search bar to find donors by name or keyword.

Can I edit a donation record after it has been created?

Yes, but only within 48 hours of creation. Click View on the donation record and use the Update Donation action. Any updates made within this window will be reflected in the receipt and bill.

How do I print a donation receipt in ERP SchoolAura?

Click View on any donation record to open the detail panel, then click Print Receipt to generate and print the official donation receipt.

Can I share a donation receipt via WhatsApp?

Yes. Open the donation detail panel by clicking View on any record, then use the Share via WhatsApp action to send the receipt or donation details directly via WhatsApp.

How do I cancel or delete a donation record?

Open the donation detail panel by clicking View on any record. Use Cancel Donation to void the record, or Delete Donation to permanently remove it. Deletion is irreversible, so use Cancel if you may need the record for reference.

What does the Total Donation summary show?

The Total Donation card shows the aggregate donation amount based on the currently selected filters. The This Month card shows the total donations received in the current calendar month.

Why do some fields show N/A in donation records?

Some fields may display N/A if the information was not filled in during the original donation entry. This is expected for optional fields such as email address, ID proof, or address details.

Does the All Donations dashboard update in real time?

Yes. Donation data updates in real time. Filters work based on the selected date range and will reflect changes as soon as records are added or updated.
