Admit Cards

The Admit Cards page allows administrators to view, filter, select, and print admit cards for students appearing in examinations. You can generate admit cards for individual students or entire classes with configured layouts, signatures, instructions, and exam schedules.

Filtering Students

Use the filter bar at the top of the Admit Card List to narrow down students before generating admit cards.

Exam / Terminal

Select the exam type such as 1st Terminal or Final Examination.

Language

Choose the admit card language such as Hindi or English.

Class

Select the desired class from the dropdown.

Section

Choose the section within the selected class.

Refresh Button

Reloads the student list after filters are changed.
Note : All filters should be applied before selecting students. Changing filters after selection resets the selected records.

Selecting Students

After filters are applied, student admit card tiles appear. Each tile displays the student's name, class-section, admission number, roll number, and fee due information.

Select Individual Students

Click the checkbox on any student tile to select that student's admit card.

Select All Students

Use the Select All button in the toolbar to select every student in the filtered list.

Clear Selection

Click the Clear button to remove all current selections.

Count Indicator

The 'Selected Admit Card: Count' badge shows how many students are currently selected.

Note : Students with a profile photo will display their photo on the tile (if the photo toggle is enabled in Admit Card Setup). Otherwise, a placeholder silhouette icon is shown.

Printing Admit Cards

Once students are selected, use the Print option to generate formatted admit cards for printing or PDF export.

Select Students

Choose one or more students using the checkboxes or Select All.

Click Print

Press the Print button from the top-right toolbar.

Open Print Preview

A preview window opens showing the formatted admit cards.

Choose Destination

In the Print dialog, choose a printer or select 'Save as PDF' to export digitally.

Confirm & Print

Click Save or Print to complete the process.

Note : Admit cards display school details, student profile, exam schedule, signatures, and instructions based on Admit Card Setup configuration.

Admit Card Layout Reference

The printed admit card may contain the following sections depending on your Admit Card Setup configuration.

School HeaderDisplays school logo, name, address, email, and contact information.
Document TitlePrinted as Examination Admit Card with session and exam name.
Student DetailsShows admission number, class, roll number, DOB, and parent details.
Student PhotoDisplays student photograph if enabled in setup.
Exam Schedule TableLists subject names, exam dates, days, and timings.
InstructionsDisplays default or custom exam instructions.
Signature FieldsShows class teacher signature line and/or principal signature.

Troubleshooting

Q.No students appear after filtering
Ensure all filter dropdowns (Exam, Language, Class, Section) are selected, then click the refresh icon.
Q.Student photo not showing on card
Verify that 'Show Student Photo' is toggled ON in Admit Card Setup, and that the student's photo has been uploaded in their profile.
Q.Changes not reflected after Update
Confirm you clicked the orange Update button. Refresh the page and check again.
Q.Print button is greyed out / disabled
At least one student must be selected (checkbox checked) before printing.
Q.Exam schedule missing from card
Enable 'Show Exam Date Sheet (Scheme)' in Admit Card Setup and ensure the exam schedule has been configured under Offline Exams.
Q.Fees Due showing incorrect amount
Fee Due reflects data from the Fee Management module. Contact the accounts department to update fee records .

Quick Reference Checklist

Ensure the correct academic year is selected before printing admit cards.
Verify Admit Card Setup toggles are configured properly.
Save custom instructions using the Update button.
Confirm exam schedules are configured in Offline Exams.
Apply correct Exam, Language, Class, and Section filters.
Use Select All when printing admit cards for an entire class.
Review the print preview before final printing or PDF export.
