Admit Card Setup
This guide explains how to configure and generate student admit cards in ERP SchoolAura. It covers:
Admit Card Setup
Configure what appears on the admit card such as student photo, signatures, instructions, and exam schedule.
Admit Cards
Filter students, select records, preview, and print admit cards individually or in bulk.
Note : Make sure the correct academic year is selected before making any changes or printing admit cards.

The Admit Card Setup page allows you to configure the default settings that will be applied to all admit cards generated for the selected academic year

Toggle Settings
| Setting | Description |

| Show Student Photo | Displays the student's registered photo on the admit card. |
| Show Exam Date Sheet | Prints the complete exam schedule with subjects, dates, and timings. |
| Show Principal's Digital Signature | Adds the principal's digital signature for official authorization. |
| Show Class Teacher's Signature | Adds a dedicated area for the class teacher's signature. |
| Custom Instructions | Allows you to replace the default instructions with custom text. |
Adding Custom Instructions

Enable Custom Instructions
Turn ON the custom instruction toggle.

Enter Instructions
Type exam rules or guidelines inside the text area.

Save Changes
Click Update to apply the instructions to admit cards.
If the custom instruction toggle is OFF, the system's default instructions will be printed automatically.
Saving Settings
- Click the orange Update button after making changes.
- A confirmation message appears once settings are saved successfully.
- Settings are stored separately for each academic year.
