Academic Year Selection

Academic Year

The Exam Management Module works on an academic-year basis. Always verify the correct session (e.g. 2026–2027) is selected before creating exams, generating reports, or printing admit cards.
Important: Changing the academic year updates all module data, settings, and reports to that selected session.

Key Concepts & Terminology

Before using the module, familiarise yourself with the following terms used throughout the system.

Exam Category

Classification of exams such as Terminal, Half-Yearly, or Final.

Date Sheet

Schedule containing subject dates, timings, and exam days.

Admit Card

Official exam entry document containing student and exam details.

Roll Number

Unique identification number assigned for examinations.

Mark Sheet

Subject-wise marks, grades, and final examination result.

Co-Scholastic

Non-academic assessments such as sports and behaviour.

Digital Signature

Stored signature image printed on official exam documents.

Academic Session

School academic year for which exam data is maintained.

Use print preview to verify signatures, photos, and exam schedules before bulk printing admit cards.
Always click Update or Save after changing configurations to avoid losing unsaved changes.
Assign role-based permissions carefully so exam coordinators cannot modify critical administrator settings.
