The Notice Management system helps you create and share notices with Students, Staff, Parents, or Everyone — all from a single dashboard. Use filters, search, and audience controls to keep communication targeted and organised.

How to Add a Notice

Follow the steps below to create and publish a new notice.

Login in the erpschoolaura.

On navigation panel click on the notice board.

Click the Add Notice button at the top right of the Notice Management page.

Create Notice

Fill in the required fields:

Heading

Enter the title of the notice (e.g., "Annual Day Announcement").

Notice For

Select the target audience: Students, Staff, Parents, or Everyone.

Notice

Enter the full notice text or description in this field.

Configure any of the optional settings as needed (Optional) :
Is Notice For Web
Enable this checkbox to display the notice on your school website or web page.
YouTube Links
Add one or more YouTube video links (comma-separated) to attach media to the notice.
File Upload
Attach supporting documents or images (check size and format requirements).

Click Submit to publish the notice. It will appear immediately in the notice list.

Important Notes

Keep these points in mind:

If a notice is intended for parents, students will not be able to view it on the app.

If a notice is intended for students, their parents will be able to view it on the app.

Based on the roles assigned through role management, staff members can view, edit, and delete notices as permitted.

Notice for Web – Notices marked for web will be displayed on your website or web page, depending on the plan you have purchased.

Common Issues

Notice not visible?
SolutionCheck your active filters (date range, audience, web option). Clear all filters and search again to confirm the notice exists.
Issue
Wrong audience?
SolutionOpen the notice using the Edit action and update the 'Notice For' field to the correct audience, then resubmit.
Issue
File not uploading?
SolutionCheck that the file size and format are within the accepted limits. Try a smaller file or a different format (e.g., PDF or JPG).
