SMS Configuration
The SMS Configuration page controls which events automatically trigger SMS notifications. Administrators can configure recipients, templates, and notification rules for each event category.
Note: SMS Configuration is typically a one-time setup. Changes take effect immediately and apply to all future automated notifications.
How to Configure Any Notification Type

Open SMS Configuration
Navigate to SMS Management → SMS Configuration from the sidebar.

Select a Category
Choose a notification category from the left panel to configure its settings.

Enable or Disable
Use the toggle switch to activate or deactivate the selected notification type.

Configure Notification Points
Select the events that should trigger automatic SMS notifications.

Choose Recipient
Select Father's Mobile Number, Mother's Mobile Number, or Both as recipients.

Select Template
Choose an SMS template and review the message preview before saving.

Save Configuration
Click Save to apply the notification settings for future messages.
Notification Types
Holiday Notification

Notification Points : Send SMS notification about holidays

Note : Notify parents in advance of upcoming school holidays.
Admission Student

Attendance Notification

Fees Notification

Notify after successful fee payment.
Overdue Reminder
Notify when fees become overdue.

Notice Notification

Notify when a web notice is published.

Notify when an existing web notice is updated.

Note : Review notification settings periodically to ensure SMS credits are being used efficiently and only important events trigger messages.
Tip : After updating SMS Configuration, use Send SMS in Test Mode to verify the correct template before the next live event.
