SMS Log
The SMS Log screen provides a complete history of every SMS dispatched through the system. Records are grouped by template and can be filtered by category, date range, template, or keyword.
Note : Both Test Messages and Regular Messages are recorded and displayed in the SMS Log.
Reading Log Cards
Each card represents a batch of SMS messages sent using the same template on the same date.
Total Sent Message
Number of SMS messages sent in this batch.
Template ID
Registered DLT template identifier.
Message
Preview of the SMS content with placeholders.
Date
Date on which messages were dispatched.
View Button
Opens recipient-level delivery details.
Filtering the Log
Use the available filters to narrow down message records.
| Filter | Description |
|---|---|
| Topic | Filter by Attendance, Fees, Admission, Notice, etc. |
| Template | Filter by a specific SMS template. |
| Start Date | Beginning of the selected date range. |
| End Date | End of the selected date range. |
| Keyword | Search by message content or recipient name. |

Select the required filters.

Click the Search icon to apply filters.

Click the Reset icon to clear filters and restore the default date range.
Message Logs View — Detail Popup
Clicking the View button on a log card opens a detailed recipient-level breakdown.
Sr.
Serial number of the recipient record.
Name
Recipient name, type, and class information.
Message
Exact SMS content delivered to the recipient.
Mobile Number
Phone number that received the SMS.
Tip : The Send Message button located in the top-right corner of the SMS Log page opens the Send SMS screen directly for composing a new message.
Note : All sent messages, including both test and regular messages, are displayed in the SMS log.
