Filters & Search Options

Remarks & Feedback

Remarks allow teachers to communicate evaluation results clearly. They can include:

Performance Feedback

General observation on the quality and completeness of the student's copy.

Improvement Suggestions

Specific areas the student should work on for better results.

Appreciation Notes

Positive reinforcement for excellent work or consistent improvement.

How to Update Copy Status

Follow these steps to update a student's copy status:

Select the student whose copy you want to evaluate

Click "Update Copy Status" button

Add remarks and assign a star rating

Click Save to record the evaluation

Copy Checked Count

Without Filters

Displays the total count of all copies checked across all students.

With Filters Applied

Shows the count based on the active filter criteria (date, class, section).

Default Behavior: By default, students with unchecked copies appear first in the list for quick identification.
