How to Fill the Admission Enquiry Form
The Admission Enquiry Form allows parents or guardians to submit student details for the admission process. Please ensure all required information is entered accurately to avoid delays.
Follow the steps below to complete the form:
1. Student Information
- Enter the student's full name.
- Select the correct Date of Birth (D.O.B).
2. Enquiry Details
- Select the Date of enquiry.
- Choose the Admission Class.
- Select the appropriate Admission Session (Academic Year).
3. Parent / Guardian Details
- Enter Father's Name and Father's Mobile Number.
- Enter Mother's Name and Mother's Mobile Number.
4. Previous Academic Information
- Provide the Previous School Name.
- Enter the Previous Class attended.
5. Contact Information
- Fill in the complete Residential Address.
6. Additional Information
- Referred By: Mention if someone referred you.
- Remarks: Add any additional notes or special requests.
