Student Co-Scholastic

The Student Co-Scholastic section allows administrators to manage student performance in non-academic areas such as Sports, Music, Attendance, and Extracurricular activities.These scores are included in the student's mark sheet when co-scholastic reporting is enabled

Prerequisites

Configure Activities

Add co-scholastic activities in Mark Sheet Setup → Marks Grade tab.

Enable Co-Scholastic

Turn ON the Add Co-Scholastic toggle in Mark Sheet Setup.

Student Enrollment

Ensure students are enrolled in the correct class and section.
Note : If activity columns do not appear, first configure activity names in Mark Sheet Setup → Marks Grade.

Accessing Student Co-Scholastic

Open Sidebar

Click Exam Management from the left navigation panel.

Select Section

Choose Student Co-Scholastic from the submenu.

View Page

The Add Co-Scholastic page opens with filters and student table.

Contains dropdowns for Terminal, Activity Group, and Grade. With Searach and Reset buttons

Student Table (Below)

Displays students along with editable co-scholastic activity fields.

Select Terminal

Choose the required academic term.

Select Activity

Choose the activity group or subject.

Select Section

Choose the class section.

Search

Click the orange search icon to load students.

Reset

Use the reset icon to clear all filters.

Entering Co-Scholastic Marks

Understanding Student Table

Student Name / Roll NoDisplays the student name and roll number with selection checkbox.

Entering Marks

Apply Filters

Select the correct terminal, activity group, and section, then click Search.

Search

The student list loads showing all matching students with input fields.

Enter Scores

Click into any input field and type the score or grade for that student and activity.

Tab Through

Press Tab to move to the next field quickly across activities and students.

Submit

Click the orange Submit button at the bottom of the page to save all entered marks.

Important : Changes are saved only after clicking Submit. Unsaved entries will be lost if the page is closed.

Selecting Students

Individual Selection

Use row checkboxes to select specific students.

Select All

Click Select All to choose all visible students.

Review Tracking

Selections help track reviewed student entries.

Creating a Co-Scholastic Record

Filter

Select the terminal, activity group, and section using the filter bar.

Search

Click the search icon to load students.

Create Record

Click Create Co-Scholastic to initialise records.

Enter Marks

Fill in activity scores for each student in the table.

Submit

Save all co-scholastic entries.

Tip: Create Co-Scholastic only once per class-section and term. Later updates can be done directly.
