All Online Tests
The All Online Tests section allows school administrators and teachers to create, manage, and monitor online examinations for students. It supports exam scheduling, question management, student attempts, and printable question papers.
Exam Management All Online Test
Filtering & Searching Exams
Use the filter bar at the top of the page to narrow down exams.
Start Date
Filter exams starting from this date.
End Date
Filter exams up to this date.
Select Class
Filter by a specific class.
Select Section
Filter by section within the selected class.
Enter Exam Name
Search exams by typing exam keywords.
Tip : Click the reset icon beside the search button to clear all filters.
Understanding an Exam Card
Each online exam appears as a card containing important exam information.
Student Name / Class
Displays the student or class-section details.
Exam Date
Scheduled exam date.
Type
Exam type such as Annual or Unit Test.
Subject
Subject assigned to the exam.
Remark
Additional internal notes or instructions.
Start / End Time
Exam availability timing window.
Attempted
Number of students who attempted the exam.
Creating a New Online Exam
Required Fields
Exam Name *
Enter a descriptive exam name.
Class *
Select the target class.
Section
Choose a section or keep All Section.
Subject*
Select the exam subject.
Exam Type*
Choose Annual, Unit Test, etc.
Exam Date*
Select the exam date.
Start Timing*
Exam start time.
End Timing*
Exam end time.
Remarks
Optional internal notes.
Creating the Exam

Fill Form
Enter all required exam information.

Review Details
Verify class, subject, date, and timings.

Click Create
Save the online exam configuration.

Reset (Optional)
Clear all fields without saving.
Note : After creating the exam, you will be redirected to the Paper List page where you can add questions to the exam.
Managing Existing Exams
Use the three-dot menu on each exam card to manage existing exams.
| Action | Description |
|---|---|
| Edit | Modify existing exam details and save changes. |
| Duplicate | Create an identical copy of an existing exam. |
| View | Open the Paper List page for question management. |
| Delete | Permanently remove the exam and all associated questions. |
Warning : Deleted exams and associated questions cannot be recovered.
Adding Questions (Paper List)
After creating an exam, use the Paper List page to manage questions.
View Questions
See all questions already added to the exam.
Search Questions
Use the Search By Question field to locate questions quickly.
Add Questions
Click Add Questions to create and attach questions to the exam.
Print Paper
Generate a printable version of the question paper.
Exams without questions cannot be properly attempted by students.
