Student Reports

The Student Reports section allows administrators and staff to manage academic report cards, publish mark sheets to parents, print reports, and maintain internal comments related to student performance.

Publish or hide mark sheets for multiple students at once.

Add reminders and communication notes related to exams, fees, or parent meetings.

Annual Reports

Generate printable academic mark sheets with grading and assessment details.

Accessing Student Reports

Open Menu

Click Exam Management from the left sidebar.

Select Student Reports

Choose Student Reports from the submenu.

View Report List

The Exam Report page opens showing all student records.

Filtering Students

Use the filter bar to quickly locate specific students.

Select Class

Filter students by class such as LKG, 2nd, or 3rd.

Select Section

Filter records by section within the selected class.

Search By Name or Mobile

Search using student name or parent mobile number.

Student Report Cards

Each student appears as a report card containing academic and parent information.

Student Details

Shows student name, class, and roll number.

Parent Details

Displays father's name and contact number.

Comment Button

Add internal notes and reminders related to the student.

Annual Report Button

Open the student's detailed mark sheet and print view.

Bulk Actions

Publishing a Mark Sheet

Administrators can publish mark sheets to the parent portal so parents can view their child's results online.

Select Students

Choose students individually or use Select All button to select all students.

Click Publish

Use the Publish button from the toolbar.

Choose Terminal

Select one or more terminals such as First, Second, or Annual.

Confirm

Click Publish Selected to make reports visible to parents.
Tip : Use Hide Marksheet to remove published reports from the parent portal without deleting report data.

Adding Comments to a Student

The Comment feature allows staff to log notes about a student related to fees, exams, parent meetings, or other topics. These serve as internal communication records.

Find Student

Locate the student card in the report list.

Click Comment

Use the orange Comment button on the student card.

Select Category

Choose Fees, Parent Meeting, Exam, or Other.

Set Reminder Date

Select a follow-up reminder date if required.

Enter Comment

Type your note in the comment field.

Submit

Click the send button to save the comment.

Fees

Fee payment reminders or outstanding dues.

Parent Meeting

Meeting schedules or follow-up discussions.

Exam

Notes related to exam performance or conduct.

Other

General communication or administrative notes.

Viewing the Annual Report

The Annual Report displays a complete academic mark sheet for the selected student.

Student Profile

Displays student details, parent information, address, admission number, and contact details.

Mark Sheet Table

Shows subject-wise marks, grand totals, and percentage values.

Grading Information

Displays scholastic grading tables and assessment rules.

Print Support

Print or save the report as a PDF directly from the report page.

Important : If marks are not entered yet, the report may show empty subject rows. Ensure marks are configured before printing or publishing.
