All Students

The All Student module allows you to view, search, filter, and manage all student records in the system. Access student profiles, perform actions, and apply filters to quickly find specific students.

View Records

Browse all enrolled students across every class, section, and session from one centralised list.

Search & Filter

Use dropdowns and the search bar to instantly narrow down students by session, class, section, gender, or EWS.

Quick Actions

Perform edits, view profiles, manage fees, generate certificates, and more directly from each student card.

How to Use

1. Navigate to Student Management → All Student.

2. Use the filters at the top to refine the student records displayed.

3. Use the search bar to find a specific student by name or admission number.

4. Click on a student card to view the full profile and details.

5. Use the action icons on each card to perform specific operations.

Field Details

Use the following filter fields at the top of the All Students page to quickly narrow down and locate specific student records.

All Session

Select the academic session to filter students according to the selected session year.

Select EWS

Filter students based on Economically Weaker Section (EWS) category using the dropdown.

Select Class

Choose a class to view students belonging to that specific class only.

Select Section

Filter students further by selecting the required section within the chosen class.

Select Gender

Filter the student list based on gender to view male, female, or other categories.

Search

Enter student name or admission number to quickly locate a specific student from the list.

Student Card Details

Each student record is displayed as an individual card showing key information at a glance. Here is what every card contains:

Student Name

Displays the full name of the student as registered in the system.

Class & Section

Shows the class and section the student is currently enrolled in.

ADM No.

Unique admission number assigned to the student at the time of enrollment.

Roll No.

Student's roll number as assigned within their class and section.

Gender

Displays the gender of the student as recorded in the system.

Student ID

Unique system-generated identifier for the student record.

Father Name

Displays the name of the student's father or primary guardian.

Mobile Number

Contact number of the parent or guardian linked to this student.

Siblings

Displays the number of siblings of the student currently enrolled in the school.

Clicking on the siblings count opens a detailed view showing sibling information, including the father's name, contact number, and details of all related siblings.

Action Icons & Their Functions

The system provides several action icons for each student record. These icons help you quickly access features and perform specific operations directly from the student list.

WhatsApp Icon

Use this option to send messages directly to the parent/guardian via WhatsApp (if integrated with the ERP).

Comments Icon

Add or view remarks related to the student for internal reference and administrative notes.

Edit Icon

Update or modify the student's personal, academic, or contact details.

View (Eye) Icon

Click to view the complete student profile and all detailed information.

Sales & Inventory

Redirects to the school's sales and inventory section to manage or view student-related purchases.

Fees Icon

Opens the student's fee details, allowing you to view and manage all fee records and payment history.

SLC (School Leaving Certificate)

Generate or access the student's School Leaving Certificate directly from this action.

You can proceed with these default values or modify them as needed.

Bulk Upload (Import Students)

To add multiple students at once, use the bulk import feature. This saves significant time during large-scale student registrations.

Steps to Import Students

1. Click on the Import Student List button.

2. Download the sample CSV file to understand the required format.

3. Prepare your student data according to the sample file structure.

4. Ensure all mandatory fields are correctly filled in the file.

5. Click on the Import option.

6. Select the prepared student CSV file from your system.

7. Upload the file to add students successfully.

Bulk Edit (Export & Re-import)

To update student data in bulk, export the existing records, make changes, and re-import the updated file.

Export First

Always export the existing student list before making changes — this ensures you work with the latest data.

Batch Size

For smooth performance, upload data in batches of approximately 300–400 students per import.

Click on Export Students to download the existing student list as a CSV file.

Open the downloaded file on your system using a spreadsheet application.

Make the required changes or updates in the file fields.

Save the file in the same CSV format — do not change the file structure.

Go back to the system and click on Import Student List.

Upload the updated file using the Import option to apply all changes.

Transport Import & Export

Manage student transport assignments in bulk using the Import and Export Transport options. This streamlines route and vehicle assignment for large numbers of students.

Import Transport

Click on Import Transport to open the import panel.

Download the sample file (if available) to check the required format.

Prepare your transport data in the required CSV format.

Upload the file to add transport details for students successfully.

Export Transport

Click on Export Transport to download the existing transport data file.

Open the file and make necessary updates to routes, vehicles, or stop points.

Save the file maintaining the same format.

Re-upload the updated file using the Import Transport option.
