SLC History

The SLC History module lets you easily view and manage students' School Leaving Certificate (SLC) records. Quickly filter, search, generate certificates, and restore student data.

How to Generate SLC of a Student

Follow these steps to generate an SLC

Go to All Students — Navigate to Student ManagementAll Students.

Search for the Student — Use the search option to find the student by Name, Admission Number, or Roll Number.

Generate SLC — Locate the student in the list and click on the SLC / Certificate icon next to the student's record.

The School Leaving Certificate (SLC) will be generated instantly for that student.

Important Note

After generating the SLC, please be aware:

After generating the SLC, the student will be removed from the active student list.

The student's data will still be securely stored in SLC History and can be restored if needed.

New Class – Select the class for promotion.

New Section – Choose the section for the new class.

New Academic Year – Select the new academic session.

Note: We can link more than one family member to a student profile.

How to Use

Filter Students

Select Class and Section from the dropdowns to narrow down the student list.

Use the Search bar to find students by name, admission number, or roll number.

Click the Search button to apply filters.

Click the Reset icon to clear all filters and start fresh.

Take Action
Restore

Click Restore to reinstate archived or deleted student records back to the active list.

You can proceed with these default values or modify them as needed.

Step-by-Step: Create Student Leaving Certificate

Fill Student Details

Enter all required information:

Auto-Fetched Details

Student Name, Father's Name, Mother's Name, Religion & Caste, Address, Category (SC/ST/General), Date of Birth (in figures & words), Class Last Studied, Promotion Status, Fees Paid Status.

Manual Entry Required

Nationality, Last School Attended, and Student Performance must be entered manually.

Add Signature

Go to the Signature Section (right panel)

Click Add Signature

Enter signature name

Upload or select saved signature

Enable toggle for: Principal Sign or Authorized Signatory

Multiple signatures can be added if required.

Add Watermark

Click on the Upload icon under the watermark section.

Upload school stamp, logo, or any preferred image.

Adjust rotation if needed to position the watermark correctly.

Select SLC Design

Choose the SLC design template from the options available on the right side of the screen.

Select the design that best fits your school's format and requirements.

Note

If you require a custom or specific SLC design, you can contact the system support team.

The design can be customized as per your requirements.

Confirm & Generate Certificate

Click Confirm Leaving Certificate to process and generate the SLC.

Output — Instant Generation

The certificate is generated instantly upon confirmation.

Output — Available Actions

Available for download and print immediately after generation.
