Types of Account Switching

The Switch Account feature supports the following account transitions:

School to School

Users who manage more than one school account can switch between different school dashboards without logging out.

ABC Public School → XYZ International School

Staff to Staff

A user with access to multiple staff accounts can easily switch between them from one device.

Teacher Profile → Administrator Profile

School to Staff / Staff to School

Users with access to both school-level and staff-level accounts can switch between them seamlessly.

School Admin → Staff Account

Staff Account → School Admin Dashboard

This is helpful when a user performs administrative tasks as well as staff-related activities.

How to Use Switch Account in ERP SchoolAura

Follow these steps to switch between accounts:

After successful login, you will land on the Dashboard page.

Go to the footer section of the dashboard and locate the Profile icon.

Long press on the Profile icon to open the Switch Account panel.

A list of all linked accounts will appear.

Select the account you want to access.

The system will automatically switch to the chosen account and load its dashboard.
